Project Submission
Your final project submission on the Hoya Hacks 2024 Devpost should include:
- List all team members including what each of you contributed. Your team must be between 2-4 people (sorry - no solo projects).
- Title your submission as: Team ID + groupname for project name (#1: Project Name)
- Provide a brief written description of your project.
- A short (2-2.5 minutes) video showcasing your project. Feel free to include things like technologies used, challenges faced, and of course the overall outcomes. Not everyone has to speak/be on the video, but everyone on the team should be mentioned.
- Provide a link to your project repository/source code (GitHub, etc.)
- Appropriate challenge entries: You must select which track(s) on Devpost that you are submitting your project (submissions can cover multiple tracks!). All projects are automatically considered for the Best Overall prizes.
- You may continue to edit your submission even after your initial submission right up until the deadline. Tip: Submit earlier in the morning to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties, and keep working on the project and updating your submission up until 9:30 am.
- Speak with staff if you encounter any issues in our #help-desk channel on Discord.
The deadline for project submissions is at 9:30 am EST on January 28th.
